This image was captured on the evening of the Summer Solstice with a rising full moon.

A lot happened this night, a place i felt guided to and didnt know what to expect.

While i was setting up and about to take a practice shot a meteor burnt through the atmosphere right where the moon was coming up.

It made a loud ‘pop’ noise and sent shivers down my spine. I started feeling into the land and felt a heavy energy from the past and from the local Wardandi people being mistreated at this spot. I felt intuitively to do some energy clearing and felt some help come in possibly from the Spirits of the area and it was such a powerful experience.

Usually at this time of the year Im in the northern hemisphere celebrating the winter solstice, a truly special and powerful time of year.

Lots more happened this night and i might write more about it one day.

Most of my images aren’t planned or setup, I just feel guided to certain places at certain times, to tell some kind of stories through my images.

And even when I think I might capture something intended, its always the shot you least expect that you come home with.

I hope you feel the energy of my images and maybe even healing qualities they bring.
